The State Government and University of South Australia (UniSA) have proudly partnered together to deliver a new $88 million project build - home to the South Australian Sports Institute (SASI), Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing (ORSR), and UniSA Sports Science Hub. The state-of-the-art facility provides a world-class sport, research, and education hub to high-performance athletes and university students. It builds on the Mile End sports precinct sitting alongside the Australian Centre for Sports Aerodynamics, upgraded SA Athletics Stadium, and the SA Netball Centre, and is set to be a drawcard for international sports teams.
