All Rhythm & Motion classes offer a dynamic mix of movement and music styles, showcasing choreography that is firmly rooted in dance fundamentals and inspired by popular music from around the world, including Latin, hip hop, African, alternative, and R&B. Led by Rena Marie Guidry, a seasoned actor, dancer, choreographer, and Drama Therapist with over 30 years of experience, this class guarantees a high-energy and packed session.
