The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission (NIHRC) is launching its new independent research report ‘The Environment, Human Rights and the Windsor Framework'. The event will take place on 
Tuesday 24
 
June, 
from 
10.30am - 1.30pm
 at the Dublin Suite, Europa Hotel, Belfast. The event will be in-person
 
and online.
The report, written by 
Dr Ciara Brennan
 (Director, Environmental Justice Network Ireland), 
Dr Mary Dobbs 
(Associate Professor, Maynooth University), 
Alison Hough BL 
(Senior Lecturer, Technological University of the Shannon), 
Dr Orla Kelleher
 (Assistant Professor, Maynooth University), and 
Dr Lisa Claire Whitten
 (Research Fellow, Queen's University Belfast), examines the relationship between Article 2 of the Windsor Framework and environmental protections in Northern Ireland.
Join us for a discussion on the findings of the report and on the relevance of Windsor Framework Article 2 for the protection of environmental rights in NI.
Refreshments will be provided upon arrival. Lunch will also be provided.

由一個大腹便便的男士帶領我們，從中間樓梯來到了二樓，他在中間圓形扶手的地方讓我們都自我介紹了來自哪裡，真的是天南地北，絕大多數都是外國人。然後帶領我們到了議會大廳，這是平時議員們開會的地方，每個位置都有話筒，然後開始講這座建築的來歷，功能等，說話中氣十足。大家可以隨便坐，連議長的位置也可以坐。介紹完畢后，再帶領大家参觀其他的大廳，巨大的宴會廳鋪着厚實而漂亮的紅地毯，藍色地毯的是什麼廳有點想不起來了，
