Led by experienced facilitators, this workshop blends Islamic teachings with psychology to help us understand ourselves more deeply and commit to a lifelong journey of self-improvement.

Workshop Objectives
Participants will leave with an understanding of:
The concept of 
fitrah
 and its connection to personality development
The relationship between 
‘aql
 (intellect), 
nafs
 (self), 
qalb
 (heart), and 
ruh
 (spirit)
Abilities given by Allah (SWT) that contribute to character formation
Methods for disciplining the soul and cultivating good character
The path of self-transformation toward becoming 
Insan-e-Kamil
 — the complete human being

Important Notes
Mothers and daughters are encouraged to attend together.
Attendance on both days is required to receive a certificate.
