Katrina

Des 
for an exploration of anti-hustle culture, where we will have the opportunity to move, journal, and reflect in community. This 2-hour offering will include gentle and restorative yoga, as well as yoga nidra (deep rest).
About Your Guides
Katrina (she/her) is a school teacher as well as Yoga and Yoga Nidra guide. She is passionate about intentional rest and burnout prevention. She creates opportunities for pause in spaces that are demanding.
Des (they/them) is a Trauma-Informed Yoga Guide & Grief Doula who values play & rest over labour. They invest in care over carcerality and create spaces rooted in compassionate liberation.
Supports to Bring
For additional support, please bring a pillow/bolster, cushions, and blanket. Consider wearing layers to regulate body temperature. We also ask to bring a journal and writing utensils as we will provide journaling prompts.
