Move with Dublin Youth Dance Company & Cruinniú na nÓg 2024 offers free dance workshops for children aged 5-8, 9-12, and 12 years and above in a creative and enjoyable environment. Hosted by Dublin Youth Dance Company as part of Creative Ireland’s Cruinniú na nÓg initiative, this event aims to provide young individuals from diverse backgrounds with the chance to engage in dance and potentially incorporate it into their lives. Attendees can witness unique youth dance performances and take part in original dance workshops led by teacher/choreographer Yumi Lee and dance artist Mariela Mira at Myrtle Square, Dún Laoghaire on June 15, 2024, from 2 to 5.30 pm. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the workshops will be relocated to the Dance Theatre of Ireland Centre for Dance Studio beside IMC Cinema in Myrtle Square. Sponsored by Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council’s Creative Ireland Cruinniú na nÓg program, this event promises an enriching experience for children eager to explore the world of dance.
