Join the Monthly Hike with your favorite drink for a happy mind and healthy body! This event takes place every 4th Thursday of the month in Rancho Palos Verdes in 2023. The venue for this event is the Point Vicente Interpretive Center, located at 31501 Palos Verdes Dr W. It's the perfect opportunity to connect with nature and prioritize your well-being.

At each hike, there will be a variety of professionals, such as life coaches, health coaches, and financial advisors, who will join the group to share their expertise and insights. We believe in the power of learning from one another and creating a supportive community.

Please note that the hike organizer, Ashley, is currently 8 months pregnant and will be taking a break from hosting the event for the next 3 months, starting in September 2022. However, she highly encourages everyone to continue hiking and engaging in physical activity for the benefit of their mind and body.

The Point Vicente Lighthouse is the starting point for these hikes, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. You'll find the entrance close to the bathrooms. In the winter, the hike begins at 4:00 PM, while in the summer, it starts at 5:30 PM.
