Experience the enchanting world of flute music at the Lunchtime Recital: Flute Stories in Sheffield City Centre. Two exceptional flautists, Kristýna Farag and Martina Mihulková, will grace the stage with their remarkable skills. Kristýna Farag, a Czech flautist, singer, and teacher, brings a unique blend of Slavic and Middle Eastern influences to her performances. Her versatility as a freelance musician allows her to effortlessly showcase classical music from various periods, with a special emphasis on Czech contemporary pieces. Additionally, Kristýna's passion for free improvisation and traditional Arab music adds an intriguing dimension to her artistry.

Martina Mihulková, a flute player and instructor based in London, is known for her versatility and expertise across different musical genres. A graduate of the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Martina's repertoire includes orchestral music, contemporary classical compositions, Brazilian and Cuban music, and contemporary jazz. Currently specializing in Afro-Brazilian jazz performance, her captivating performances are not to be missed.
