Welcome to the brand new Ladies, let's lift! 6 Week Indoor Bootcamp in Bingley. This bootcamp is designed to help women feel incredible, work hard, and have a great time. If you're tired of doing the same old workouts and looking for something new to challenge yourself, this is the perfect solution for you. The bootcamp sessions are specifically designed to improve your strength and fitness levels, without any boring cardio. Step away from the treadmill and into the weights room over the next 6 weeks. 

Our experienced trainer, Nicole, has been running classes and her own PT business for almost 3 years. She has helped countless women fall in love with weight training and build confidence. Nicole understands that everyone has different levels of ability, and she can tailor exercises to suit you. You'll be in safe hands throughout the bootcamp.

You have the option to book classes individually for £10 each or book the full block for £50. Please note that tickets are non-refundable or transferrable if cancelled within 24 hours of the event, except in exceptional circumstances.
