Kingston — get ready to DANCE! Join us for our first ever ECSTATIC DANCE at St Andrew's By-Lake United Church on July 11, 2025 at 7:00 PM. Featuring a live DJ set by DJ Sisca. Ecstatic dance is a free-form style of movement that emphasizes expression, connection, and emotional release—without choreography, judgment, or talking. The experience will be facilitated by Janet Song, Certified Yoga Instructor and Founder of Lumi Yoga, a Wellness Event Planning Business based in Kingston. We will begin the evening with an opening ceremony, followed by a guided warm up, and then a free-form dance journey with music by DJ Sisca. We will wind down with a soothing sound bath and closing circle. Join us for an unforgettable night celebrating the joy and catharsis of free-form movement.
