St. Catherine's (Capilano) Anglican Church,
 
located in Edgemont Village, North Vancouver, BC.
Experience the power of guided meditation to calm your mind and body. It takes you on a journey of deep connection with yourself, Mother Earth, and the universe and lets go of stress and tension as you immerse yourself in this healing experience.
Slowly elevating vibrations in different frequencies from 
Throat singing
, 
Full Moon singing 
bowls
, 
Didgeridoos
, and 
a set of big Japanese
 
Taiko drums
 resonate with your body cells, nervous systems, and chakras, then help you raise the vibrational frequencies, feel deeply relaxed and lighter, clear the clouds in your mind, and feel love(d), happiness, and unity.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to find inner peace and deep healing.
The door opens at 6:45 pm and closes at 7:00 pm.
Please come early enough to get ready for the meditation.
Please remain silent before and during the session.
It is recommended that you lie down on the floor.
Please bring a yoga or workout mat, blanket, and water bottle.
An eye mask is highly recommended for you to be in complete darkness.
There are many parking spots at the venue.
The Music Room
 is located on the left of the basement floor.
You will receive a waiver via email after purchasing tickets.
