You'll learn to let go of expectations and embrace the freedom of spontaneous expression. You'll be guided through exercises that help you connect with your inner creativity, experiment with different materials, and discover the beauty in imperfection. There's no "right" or "wrong" in intuitive painting — it's all about the journey and the joy of self-discovery through art.

 This workshop is open to all skill levels. Whether you're looking to explore art as a form of self-care, tap into your creative side, or simply try something new, this workshop is for you!

FACILITATOR
Maria has 13 years of experience in holding groups for holistic workshops and retreats. She is a yoga teacher, university lecturer, and visual artist. USEFUL INFO
We will have a 20-minute break. Light refreshment is provided and accessible throughout the session. All materials are included and participants can take their creations home.
Please note, there is no lift in the building so, unfortunately, this event is not wheelchair accessible.
