Learn various calisthenics skills, including Skin the Cat for mastering upside-down ring positions and lever practice, the Crow/Frog Stand for an introduction to arm balances and a stepping stone towards handstands, and the Elbow Planche/Elbow Lever for basic arm balancing and an introduction to the esteemed gymnastics skill called Planche. Additionally, participants will gain insight into core strength progressions, such as the Dragon Flag and Clutch Flag, to enhance human flag training. The workshop also covers selecting appropriate exercises for pushing, pulling, and core training, ensuring continuous strength gain and skill improvement. Beginners of all fitness levels are welcome to join, even those without prior experience in calisthenics, gymnastics, or gym training.
