. Facial gua sha can be transformative for your skincare routine and self care rituals, in how you look and also in how you feel. In this workshop led by Ivy Lee - an acupuncturist and herbalist raised with Chinese Medicine from her family culture - you’ll gain knowledge and insight about the 
essential philosophy and foundational techniques of facial gua sha
 so that you feel confident in practicing effectively at home.
Facial gua sha has

The gentle yet profound practice of facial gua sha is shown to improve skin health, stimulate circulation, even skin tone, reduce puffiness, smooth wrinkles, enhance natural features, increase skin radiance, and restore balance to the body and spirit. Therapeutically, facial gua sha can be used to help relieve jaw tension, sinus pressure, headache, eye strain, and also relieve stress, ease anxiety, and promote relaxation.

Ivy Lee, MSTCM, LAc. 
is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, energy healer, and mother. She brings a depth of expertise and compassionate presence to guide you towards empowerment in health and in life. She draws upon ancestral wisdom in Chinese Medicine along with knowledge of diverse healing modalities to support you in vibrant health and profound transformation. She is known for her expertise in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, seasonal wellness, emotional alchemy, and life design. Ivy is the founder of Luminae Wellness in Berkeley, California. Preparation
:
Come to the workshop with a clean face (no makeup on skin), a handheld mirror, a journal and pen, and water bottle. If you prefer, you can additionally bring your own gua sha tools and/or facial oils that you like to use. You are welcome to bring a backjack or meditation cushion so that you are comfortable seated on the floor for the workshop. We encourage you to arrive early and get settled in so that we can begin on time.

The Luminae space is located at 264 Arlington Ave in Berkeley/Kensington. Our entrance is at the porch on the left side of the beige building. There is street parking and a public parking lot on the corner.

不帅不酷又矮没钱的大叔

作為南半球最大的廟宇，南天寺坐落在美麗的卧龍崗，離開悉尼大概2個小時不到的路程，天氣良好，拍出來照片也很美，藍天白雲！禮佛完畢在一樓的面吧用點素齋，賣相很好，像葷的，口味也很不錯，從悉尼出發，一天來回時間還是比較充裕的，值得一游！
