Fennel Salad with Orange, Cumin, Feta and Citrus Vinaigrette
Bright, fresh, later with BC peaches and nectarines!
Grilled Yogurt-Herb Marinated Chicken with Hot Honey
Grill or sear, the yogurt does its magic, and home-made hot honey!
The Big Bowl Mediterranean Salad
Perfect on its own- combine refreshing cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, fresh herbs, lentils and a tangy dressing, finished with smoky tahini drizzle. Sorry, it’s healthy too.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
