Ecstatic Dance is a unique, freeform dance experience that welcomes everyone, regardless of age or experience. Essentially, it’s a sober dance party where you can move however you feel, with no judgment. With inspiring music guiding the way, Ecstatic Dance creates a safe space for self-expression, release, and connection to the rhythm and energy within and around you.
