Take a mindful pause and shape something beautiful with your own hands in 
Cup of Calm
, a therapeutic clay workshop led by 
Ellen from Artme Ceramics
. In this hands-on session, participants will be guided through the soothing process of hand-building their very own ceramic mug — a vessel for comfort, creativity, and calm.
No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, connect with the material, and enjoy the meditative rhythm of working with clay. As you form, smooth, and personalize your mug, you’ll also explore the therapeutic benefits of tactile creation and mindful making.
Perfect for beginners, art lovers, or anyone seeking a gentle and grounding creative experience.
It’s time to take control, enhance well-being, and perform at your best in work, life, and everything you do!
All supplies will be provided
, but feel free to bring any special items you'd like to incorporate into your practice. Your finished mug will be kiln-fired and you will be contacted to pick up your piece later.
Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot!

卡爾加里是一個很美的城市，這是一座城市公園，王子島公園有着很豐富的自然景色，公園內部都是各種各樣的綠色的食美植物和花卉，傍晚的時候還是蠻舒服的哦，整個區域也都不錯哦。

和平橋

好像一個隧道的橋樑，也是附近為一個通過河對岸的交通樞紐，這座大橋很醒目的顏色，紅色相交差的機構，不可以通行車輛，人員和自行車可以自由的通過，晚上有燈光，馮家美輪美奐的感覺。【景色】很優美的哦

這是一個不僅適合孩子們參觀的好地方，也適合喜歡動物的成年人。我一個人去了這裡，一邊散步一邊看動物真是太好了。遺憾的是，熊貓走了，但我必須在它們走之前看到它們。
