The 2025 AGM will feature a captivating presentation on how the communications and community engagement team at BC Pavilion Corporation (PavCo) uncovered their own magical stories during the final three shows of Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour at BC Place. Our keynote speaker, 
Adam Grossman
, Senior Director of Communications and Community Engagement at PavCo, will share behind-the-scenes insights into large-scale event strategy, storytelling, and community impact.
The event will take place on Tuesday June 24 at The Vesper Lounge from 6:00pm - 9:00pm.
The AGM is open to non-members, but please note that 
non-members cannot vote
