Burnaby Lake Run
 is an annual running carnival that dedicates to introduce happiness and health, and bring our community together, meanwhile to support our local charity for goodwill. This year, we are continuously running for health and supporting Burnaby Hospital Foundation to improve our community health infrastructure.
Join the hottest race and funniest event in the summer! Run for health and run for our community! Enjoy family fun! the 8th Burnaby Lake Run will be at Burnaby Lake Regional Park on Aug 24th, 2025!
Our celebration this year features 10K and 5K races for adult runners; and 2.5 K kids race for runners of 12 or younger. We also have Family Fun Run for families and friends. Family festival will be going from 9AM to 3PM. Enjoy the foods, games, and performance!

Burnaby Hospital Foundation
 to fundraise through the annual Burnaby Lake Run event. 10% of the registration fee will go to Burnaby Hospital Foundation. An extra 10% of registration fee of all Green BIB will go to Burnaby Hospital Foundation.
Every ticket counts! Any donation, any dollar will help!
10K Run Course as above (loop around the lake, total distance is about 10.36km)

* Registration is not refundable, nor transferable.
* Team with minimum 10 participants can apply for team discount, please email info@burnabylakerun.com to request team discount code before individual team member registers.

10K / 5K races: BIB, Timing Chip, Race T-shirt, Finish Medal;
Kids Race: BIB, Timing Chip, Family T-shirt, LaMoose (same as shown on T-shirt), Finish Medal;
Family Fun Run: BIB, Family T-shirt, LaMoose (same as shown on T-shirt), Finish Medal;
F inish Medals and LaMoose will be given out at the finish line.
Green BIB registration does not include T-shirt. An extra 10% of the registration fee will go to Burnaby Hospital Foundation.

本那比山公園

利坞德宋应星

站在公園山頂，可看到本拿比市中心及遠處群山，還能看到溫哥華市中心、斯坦利公園和獅門橋，水光山色盡收眼底。公園內植被豐富，漫步林間小徑，可聞到清新的松林氣息。公園內有名的是日本雕塑家Nuburi Toko和他兒子創作的Kamui Mintara sculptures，象徵著人類、動物、自然和上帝的和諧統一，雕塑群由29根手工雕刻的原木柱組成，上面刻有棕熊、貓頭鷹、鮭魚和逆戟鯨等動物形象。

中央公園

孤单的男子啊

位於本拿比的中央公園是為本地居民修建的一所免費的公共設施，內有小型高爾夫球場、網球場、兒童玩耍區以及數公里的步道。公園內大樹茂密，兩個小水塘周圍有蠻多的水禽聚集，是散步和暴走的好去處。
