Join us to learn about the bat species found in the Greater Toronto Area and how to identify them! We'll walk around Loafer's Lake as community scientists to listen for bats using a special bat detector.
Family Nature Program (Ages 6+)
Beginner level information
Acitivities and concepts that are family friendly
Intended audience includes children, youth and adults
Children must be accompanied by adults
It's an outdoor program, please wear comfortable shoes
If there is inclement weather, registered participants will be emailed of any changes to the program
No pets allowed
Meeting location will be right infront of Paul Palleschi Recreation Centre.
