Due to popular demand, a second session has been added, promising a unique class suitable for all levels. The session will kick off with invigorating pilates and interval training, leading into grounding poses, breathwork, and meditation. The event aims to create a harmonious state of being 'Afloat,' combining physical movements with relaxation techniques. MoveActive will provide mats and grip socks, ensuring a hassle-free experience for guests. Following the class, enjoy fresh fruit, granola, and juices courtesy of AFLOAT and Greene St Juice Co. Sum of Us, a renowned health and wellness studio in Melbourne, will oversee the session, focusing on holistic well-being and inclusivity. Please arrive between 8.30-8.45am for a 9.00am start, with the event concluding at 10.00am. Tickets are priced at $16.60 and can be refunded up to 72 hours before the event.
