Who for? Our Adult Learn to Ride course is designed specifically for adults (16+) who have never learned how to ride a bike. Course Description The course (3 x 1 hour sessions) will give adults the skills and confidence required to ride a bike with pedals independently. The course will teach riders how to: Fit a helmetMount & dismount the bikeBalanceSteerBrakePedalAll sessions are held outdoors on the College's Prep School playground Equipment Don't worry if you don't have your own bike to use for the course. We have a variety of adult sized bikes that we can lend you. We ask that riders wear a cycle helmet during the courses. Please indicate when booking if you need to borrow either a bike and/or helmet. Cost There is no charge for the course because it is fully funded by Cycling UK's Big Bike Revival project.
