Smith Library in celebrating the life and work of writer-illustrator Edward Gorey (1925 - 2000) at their upcoming event, "A Very Gorey Birthday Party: An Osborne Collection Show and Tell." In honor of Gorey's 99th birthday, this unique presentation will showcase a collection of his weird and wonderful creations. Immerse yourself in the world of Edward Gorey as you explore original artworks, rare books, and unique objects from his remarkable career. The event will take place on February 22, 2024, on the 4th floor of the library. Doors will open at 6:15 pm, and the talk will commence at 6:30 pm.
