hands on cooking experience
 at one of our favorite Peruvian restaurants in Miami and you're going to want to save the date for this one!
Join us at 
La Mar by Gastón Acurio
 in Brickell on 
Thursday

April 17th
 starting at 
6:30 PM
. We're learning how to prepare a classic Peruvian 
Ají de Gallina
 with 
Chef Diego Oka
 and drinks, 
obvio!
We're kicking off the evening with 
Peruvian pisco sours
 and some 
appetizers
. Moving on to the main event, we'll sip on 
Peruvian 
rosé 
wine
 as we follow along Chef Diego Oka's step by step demonstration on the preparation of this spicy and creamy Peruvian comfort dish.
To end
