Penjemputan，作者：Pak Syamsul yang ramah sambil menerangkan pekanbaru yang sudah banyak berkembang。 GRO樸·南多（GRO） 自助早餐banyak變種，jajanan khas，我喜歡 FB服務Ani yang ramah 由Sinof簽出 總的來說，semua員工nya ramah，kamarnya lumayan besar bersih。 小物品，只有他們沒有提供完整的洗護用品，您需要使用沐浴露代替提供的小圓形肥皂。 謝謝白南道先生的幫助。

So far this is one of the best hotel in Pekanbaru, modern and elegant. Such a excellent service and cleanliness in entire hotel, also the staff is super nice and very helpfuul. Thank you for the various yummy food for the iftar package, overall - great hotel, great service, and great food hehe. Would go back and highly recommended:))

Good. Clean. Food just nice. One thing about this hotel that I dont like is when the staff asked me to write a review before check out and holding my deposit. Its not that I dont like it, but I think customer can choose either they want to write the review or not. I think no need to push the customer and hold the deposit.

As a first timer who stay in The Zuri Hotel i had a great time during my stay here! Well mannered and friendly staff, nice room, good location great ambience and DELISH food! One of the best hotel in Pekanbaru i must say. Highly recommended.👍👍👍
