在墨西哥南下加利福尼亞州，設有早餐的飯店

酒店不錯,面對美麗的海洋,有三個可愛的游泳池,包包包早餐午餐和晚餐。食物一般,但豐富。問題是前台的兩個超大的接待員,他們晚點入住,樂於助人,粗魯。他們似乎比我們更熱衷於爲美國人服務。女人們不斷提醒我們,我們正在“便宜”的包裹......經理努力覈實情況,但他們的態度真的破壞了一個偉大的假期。房間寬敞,賓客服務的工作人員和餐館都很好。他們在這個地區有很多酒店,我相信他們會提供更好的體驗。

They were quite a few problems with this hotel it doesn't match the price point of what was charged. One thing is one day we order tacos and literally needless to say Three of us order tacos in each different taco order we're all horrible. I ordered pork belly tacos. The person that cooked him should be forced to eat them. Pork belly has to be cooked to the point where the fat is crispy this person failed and just left blobs of fats with low quality chewy meat. My friend had some kind of tempura battered vegetable tacos they were needless to say god-awful. My cousin had fish tacos and they were small for the price point. Do not eat here do not drink your drinks or frightfully frightfully frightfully expensive. Another problem with this hotel is that they don't have refrigerators in the regular rooms. Give me a break. Also the swimming pool was hot as Hades. There was nothing to cover the pool and we were there in the month of August and the swimming pool was basically a hot tub Potter even than the actual jacuzzi. It was miserable and people didn't use it. They should a put air conditioning coils in the pool or b invent some kind of covering that prevents it from hitting the sun in direct sunlight. For all intensive purposes that swimming pool was unswimmable. The staff was professional but I would never ever stay there again with so many faults. To call that place the Hilton shows the Hilton in a bad light. How can you charge an amenity fee and not even have a refrigerator in the room give me a break. Also water drains slow in all pipes. Internet was fine I would never buy a drink there they were outrageously expensive. To keep my things cold I had to buy an ice chest and stuck it in the shower. I had to empty it every day and put new ice in to keep my cream cold. Another problem with a hotel is they offer free coffee but only till 9:00 a.m. who the hell wants to get up before 9:00 a.m. to get a cup of coffee. I think it was a money saving technique on their behalf. They also gave me an ice chest to use as ice but the container that they gave it to me wasn't clean was I supposed to put that in a drink? Gross!! Definitely not up to Hilton standards and not at a price point more than $70 total. Their idea of happy hour is 14 or $17 margarita buy one get one free. Insanity I would never pay that much for margarita. I like the art but this hotel is severely flawed

Necesitan actualizar sus APP para la reserva en los restaurants que tienen para la noche, el menu era completamente diferente al que vi en la APP, las bebidas preparadas malisimas, como que las hacen con lo mas barato, probamos varias y toda malisimas. La comida, mas o menos les falta mas variedad en el menu, su personal super amable, todos los meseros super atentos y amables. Hacen mucha diferencia de los clientes extranjeros contra los nacionales lo cual vi bastante mal, es buen Hotel y sobre todo tiene muy buena ubicación.

度假村很漂亮，步行即可到達碼頭。服務很棒，餐廳的食物也很美味。漂亮的無邊際泳池俯瞰海灘！唯一令人遺憾的是他們不尊重我透過 Trip.com 預訂的兩間臥室。由於某種原因，它看起來只有一間臥室。房間裡有 3 個女孩，但我們還是用了沙發床。除此之外，這個度假村非常棒！

飯店很小，人手不足。這項服務當然無法證明價格合理。 辦理入住手續的過程特別令人沮喪，因為花了很長時間，而且我必須不斷要求更新。當我終於到達我的房間時，這不是我最初承諾的房間，直到我到達後他們才通知我這項變更。 （我給了工作人員小費，但他給了我一個更差的房間🤬）我嘗試升級，但他們報出的價格比旅行社的價格高出7倍。當我透過代理商要求升級時，酒店聲稱沒有房間，這讓我難以置信。 最重要的是，我們要了 5 次牙刷才終於在 4 小時後得到了一把。餐飲服務也很慢，雖然菜餚的擺盤很吸引人，但味道卻令人失望。 酒店分佈在一個大而炎熱的區域，幾乎就像沙漠一樣，導航起來很不舒服。唯一的亮點是高爾夫球車服務，既高效又樂於助人。

服務非常好。景色很棒。屋頂游泳池和海灘俱樂部很棒。房間很乾淨,基本。我們發現牀即使有羽毛頂也非常硬。不幸的是,酒店有建築,我們被告知不會影響我們的住宿,但肯定會在早上引起很多噪音...砰砰和不斷的砂光開始很早就導致我們起牀比我們早得多希望。

絕對是一家世界頂級度假酒店！最值得稱道的是服務團隊，人多、跑得快、禮貌，每一個工作人員，包括工程師、園丁，見到客人都會禮貌打招呼。餐廳服務員素質偏高，可能是墨西哥用工的特點。環境設計應了中國一句千古名句：“山重水複疑無路，柳暗花明又一村”。我們住了5天，每天都有新的發現。不僅有泳池、還有恆温池、漂流池。夜晚格外的浪漫，除了餐廳別具各式風格，客人還可以跟自己與酒店預約，比如沙灘篝火、泳池旁等等，不少於十幾個場景，當然還包括婚禮場景。餐廳有：意餐、海鮮、創意泰餐、日餐。很豐富。房間內的床墊實在太高，必須爬上去。不知是何原因。早、晚兩次房間清理。連着三天早上六點多我們到海邊看日出，拍攝，心身放鬆的旅程。有強烈的異域風情！

 this was a great hotel that had a lot of amenities and nice bowls and they also give you spa credit and food credit. You should definitely check it out the people little bit older so if you’re OK with that that’s fine. Average age is about 50 to 60.
