Solamente nos alojamos una noche mi pareja y yo porque asistimos a una boda en Mas Marroch y por lo tanto no podemos opinar mucho, solo sobre la habitación: todo correcto.
Valoramos positivamente el hecho de que haya bebidas y café gratis en el hall.

Fantastic hotel in a very remote location in Begur, Costa Brava. The hotel is beautiful and if you are happy with relaxing at your accommodation for your stay, then this is very ideal. The staff however in general are far from ideal. Many have an arrogant persona from the start and often give off the impression they are doing you a favour by simply doing their job. The rooms are beautiful with great scenic views but lack the basic amenities that basic hotels would offer. Overall a beautiful hotel, just let down by a mixture of inept and incompetent staff.

我們遠了這家酒店的三人房帶陽台，有一點類似小套間，房間新裝修的，各方面都不錯，衹是沒有熱水壺與咖啡☕。不過出門不遠就有各種咖啡點心店。酒店附近有超市，離開主要景點都不遠。離開火車站也是步行十五分鐘。前台幾位女士都非常熱情，前台有冰檸檬🍋水與甜甜圈供客人享用。是一家不錯的選擇。

Cabe recalcar que el hotel está limpio a nivel de instalaciones, pero la ropa de baño tanto como de cama, muy muy pero que de muy mala calidad, las toallas parecen trapos y las sabanas fundas de muebles.

這是一家位於市中心的優質廉價旅館，距離加泰隆尼亞廣場僅幾步之遙。交通便利，步行方便，早餐不錯。清潔度－每天清潔數次。床舖有窗簾，確保隱私。
這不是我第一次住在這裡。其中一個細微差別是，這次有一位先生（顯然是工作人員之一，但他沒有費心自我介紹）出於某種原因向廚房裡的每個人索取賓客卡。原因尚不清楚，因為首先，任何白色塑膠對他來說都是可以的；其次，這個廚房也向那些已經退房、只想花時間等待交通工具的人開放。

房間意外挺乾淨的，也沒有不好的味道。冬天去的整個酒店可能就衹有幾間房有住客，不過反而很安靜很舒服。 酒店餐廳還行可以試試傳統菜。房間連個水壺都沒有也沒有水，要去酒吧買。酒吧可以喝茶喝點小酒，日落的時候超美的
小鎮冬天真的基本沒有什麼店鋪有開，連吃個飯買個麪包都要在午餐晚餐時間。唯一好處就是可以任意拍照人都看不見一個

No es la primera Vez que venimos y està a sido sin duda l peor de todas, la Habitacion Muy pequeña, hacia mucha calor por la noche y no estaba Muy limpio y està viejo.
Tambien comentar que no sabiamos nada de que la parte exterior estaba cerrada.
Las anteriores veces hemos estado mejor.

訪訪客用戶On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

訪訪客用戶A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

由機場乘搭地鐵L9 直達Collblanc，一出地鐵站出口便到達酒店！另由酒店乘搭地鐵L5可去多處景點，如聖家堂，聖十字聖保羅醫院！酒店房內有樽裝水供應，浴室熱水水壓穩定！房間衛生程度滿意，下次再到西班牙旅遊，一定會再入住！

Ttake1我一家，包括上小學的兒子和上中學的女兒，在義大利🇮🇹和西班牙🇪🇸旅行期間，在巴塞隆納入住了這家酒店，參觀了聖家堂。
房間重新裝修過，乾淨整潔，空調運作良好，入住體驗非常舒適。
退房時間是中午12點，我們可以放鬆身心，把行李寄在置物櫃裡，每件行李2歐元。
飯店地理位置優越，步行10分鐘即可到達聖家堂，5分鐘即可到達地鐵站和公車站。
附近還有很多超市和餐廳，非常方便。
如果有機會，我一定會再入住這裡。

優點 CP值高：一晚約 NT$6,000–7,000，以巴塞隆納市中心來說很划算。 地點超好：走出飯店就是逛街區，步行可到 米拉之家（Casa Milà）、整條 格拉西亞大道 精品店。 早餐水準優：以歐洲同級飯店來說很有誠意、選擇豐富。 可改進 硬體偏舊：外觀與房內裝潢較老派，但整體維護尚可。 退房時間早：非高卡身分需 11:00 退房，流程稍顯繁瑣。 健身房陽春：器材少、空間小，僅適合簡單運動。 總結 若重視地點與早餐、預算又想控制在中價位，這間很值得考慮。我會給 4 顆星：不是華麗型，但住起來方便省心，適合購物、觀光行程密集的旅客。
