On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

房間寬敞，只有我們 2 個人，但我們住的是 3 人間，配備 1 張大床和 1 張單人床，並配有冰箱。足夠的空間可以完全打開 2 個大行李箱，並且還有移動空間。早餐區有微波爐，所以可以7/24 加熱自己的食物。 8-10 分鐘即可抵達海灘和歷史名勝，5 分鐘即可抵達超市，毗鄰巴士總站。舒適的床。住得很愉快！您可以在入住前/退房後寄放行李。

酒店整體衞生情況比較乾淨，前台有一位中文工作人員，很熱情，介紹了周邊美食，還幫忙訂了酒店的米其林餐廳，Caelis，就在酒店大堂樓上，從2018年開始連續8年的米其林餐廳，整體不錯，晚餐人均170歐，吃了三個半小時，有時間的話可以體驗一下。酒店位置不錯，距離車站很近，有A1、A2 bus直達去機場，趕早班機推薦住這裏。

房間基本上就是預訂界面展示的那樣，所見即所得，洗漱用品和一次性拖鞋也都有，第一天入住到的晚沒來得及買水，酒店送了我們一瓶，非常nice！預訂的普通雙人間，結果也有小陽台，外面就是泳池和室外餐廳，view很不錯呢 安全性也很不錯，住了好幾晚沒有丟東西。另外發現進門的時候自動門是前台人工控制的，奇怪的人應該就進不來哩

我對這家「四星級酒店」寄予厚望 從圖片和先前的評論來看，一切似乎都好得令人難以置信… 到達時感覺一般，我必須詢問該怎麼去我被分配到的房間（通常至少會有一名接待人員指引你） 到達我的房間（104）一樓。 打開門，來到一個明亮通風的房間，我的第一個想法是這太可愛了。 放下行李，洗了個澡，事情就開始變糟了……讓我解釋一下…… 現在我知道這不是五星級的，但如果我完全誠實的話，我住過更乾淨的二星級酒店... 對於一家四星級飯店來說，清潔工對細節的關注遠低於標準。 淋浴門上覆蓋著水垢（用點力氣就能輕鬆除掉） 淋浴門外緣有黴菌和污物（見圖） 水槽邊的磁磚上到處都是濺出的痕跡（就像牙膏留下的痕跡） 水槽排水不良（似乎被堵塞了） 踢腳板肯定已經好幾個星期/幾個月沒有擦過了 所有標準/基本設施都是你期望任何一家酒店，尤其是四星級酒店所具備的，還是說我很挑剔？ 然後我打電話給前台要了一些牛奶，這樣我就可以泡一杯咖啡了（房間裡有水壺） 接待員說他們沒有新鮮牛奶，只有「粉袋裝」的牛奶，是我喝過的味道最難聞的牛奶（就像嬰兒奶粉/普通牛奶） 顯然餐廳關門了，所以他們無法進去喝新鮮牛奶？ 接待員建議我去超市，距離飯店步行 25 分鐘即可到達🤦♀️ 碰巧的是，接待處外面有一台咖啡機，所以我發現自己趕緊下樓去買了一台。 （不是最方便的，但我們繼續前進） 我曾在傳單上看到廣告說有一家屋頂餐廳，但是當我詢問時，它似乎已經不存在了？ 該餐廳僅在早餐時間開放，所以沒有食物提供，甚至沒有小吃？但他們宣傳客房服務，所以不確定具體如何運作？ 室外游泳池關閉了，這很好，但你甚至不能坐在躺椅上，因此......除了酒店外沒有地方可坐。 真可惜，所有這些小問題都讓它失去了作為一家廣告中所說的四星級酒店的形象。 現在說說正面的一面... 從房間看到的海景很美 它就在馬路對面，有幾英里長的沙灘 附近有幾家不錯的餐廳，從中午 12 點開始供應早午餐/晚餐，價格合理。 該地區本身非常安靜，對於單獨旅行者來說感覺足夠安全。

房間本身非常好：乾淨、舒適、寬敞。然而，我對這次住宿和飯店設施的第一印象並不理想，這影響了整個體驗。  我大約下午 1 點到達酒店。首先讓我感到驚訝的是，這裡實際上有 2 家酒店，但只有其中一家設有入住登記處，所以我得四處打聽才能找到。當我終於到達接待處時，由於有些人正在退房，所以我排在了第二個。在我等待的時候，進來了一個家庭（父母和一個孩子），然後又來了一組旅客。當接待員接待完在我之前的客人後，我要求辦理入住手續。她沒有道歉，也沒有友善地對待我，她告訴我這件事好像這件事總是會發生，而不是人們按照到達的順序得到服務。我相信她的家人真的很感激她所做的一切，如果她隨後承認這樣做是不對的，並提供一些服務來恢復他們的聲譽，我不會介意。我不僅沒有收到任何道歉或類似的東西，而且我再次被繞過登記，因為接待員決定邀請後來進來的 5 個人來結帳。那時，我和排隊的其他人都對這種行為感到困惑，並且明白這種行為不公平。 當我終於辦理完入住手續並回到街道另一邊的酒店時，房間令我感到驚喜。它很乾淨並配備了所有必要的設施。然而，一開始我對取得電力所需做的事情感到有點困惑。一位朋友告訴我，將鑰匙卡插入特定插槽才能獲得電力的系統現在已成為常態，但這個月我去了 5 家不同的酒店，他們都有不同的系統，沒有一家是這家，所以我個人很感激能在門上貼上提示或信息海報。我發現這個房間的唯一缺點是街道的那一側相當吵。關上窗戶後情況會好得多，但是，如果你睡眠很淺，我建議你帶上耳塞。  其餘的住宿經驗對我來說都還不錯，但不幸的是，第一次的經驗是我永遠不會忘記的。  如果您是全家出行，我想這家酒店隨時都會優先考慮您而不是其他客人，所以也許這就是他們所迎合的對象。然而，作為一個獨自旅行者，這並不是我所期待的。

友好熱情的工作人員。但是，如果您需要每人字拖 5 歐元，則不提供人字拖。令我驚訝的是，水療中心不是免費的，每人每小時 15 歐元，但其他飯店免費派其他人來我們的水療中心。除此之外，工作人員很令人愉快，酒店位置優越，但不要指望有免費的水療中心，它不包含在價格中，因為我們還住了三天……這很令人失望
