There are also several stunning beaches with parking a short drive away detailed in our guidebook you'll receive ahead of your stay.The 4th bedroom is in a separate single-room building on the property (next to the hot tub). It doesn't have a bathroom, but it does have heating / air conditioning.We offer parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is not available, and there is no nearby overnight public parking facility.We do not allow any pets at the property.This isn't a party home; it's in a beautiful quiet, cozy neighborhood with more permanent residents than rentals.
