酒店不錯 就是攜程垃圾！另一個付過錢的訂單 到酒店后找不到訂單 協調了一周 直到離店后還沒有解決 酒店還扣了我們一周的護照 都是我們自己協調的 賠償也摳摳索索 業務員自己犯錯說好的賠償金額又反悔了 如果我們沒有語言能力 在當地流落街頭髮生意外你們負責嗎？！是幾百塊錢的事嗎 垃圾

Lo que mas me gustó, es la limpieza huele bien el hotel, el oersonal muy amable, la habitacion con balcon grande y baño renovado, playa privada limpia y bonita.

Probably the best Mövenpick in the whole of Tunisia. From check-in to breakfast, room service to check out; all the staff really amazed me by their amazing willingness to help. Khadija at check-in, special thanks to the awesome service we received from you and your Bell service staff. Really amazing. Ameneties are lightyear ahead of the mövenpick in sousse which really needs to be looked at and upgraded.

The service was outstanding. Four Seasons class, plus. Facilities also excellent. Big outdoor pool, and nice sized indoor pool, gym, and spa. Three places to eat at the hotel. Plus, private tours of Tunis offered at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
