可以說是我在歐洲住過服務最好的酒店了。老闆dali先生非常熱情，先是給我們把房間升級到了最豪華、帶大陽台還麪朝大海的房間，在扎金索斯三天給我們安排了不同的行程。我們因為粗心還把衣服落在了十幾公裡外的海灘，離開去機場的時候走到一半又想起落了東西在酒店，但老闆都免費幫我們把東西取回。此外酒店的餐廳也很棒，早餐免費，東西很豐盛，老闆還時不時給我們送水或者飲料。發的照片都是酒店的食物。酒店位置就在扎金索斯的港口，位置特別方便。不會開車的朋友住這裏可以讓老闆安排好一切。扎金索斯真的好美，非常推薦。

The reception was very kindly and helpful.
They called the taxi , printed the boarding card , allowed to stay a few hours extra for a minimal amount. The hotel has its own parking area , so you can leave your rented car park there safely.

馬桶有一個小問題沖水箱需要很長時間才能重新填充,而且相當吵。
還有,沒有微波爐,沒有鹽/胡椒/油,只有一把麪包刀,所以做飯有點有限。只是一套非常基本的廚具。
房間裏的Wi-Fi幾乎無法使用。我們唯一能收到任何信號的地方就在陽台附近 - 即使在那裏,它也不足以進行視頻通話。
如果你打算像我們一樣遠程工作,要麼要求一個更好的連接的房間,要麼準備在外面工作,那裏的互聯網很棒。
他們在辦理入住時提供兩瓶1.5L水,但之後你需要自己購買,一瓶要3歐元。
我們沒有嘗試早餐,所以不能評論食物或品種。

Um dos melhores hotéis que já ficamos. Atendimento impecável, café da manhã excelente com muitas opções. Quarto grande e muito confortável. Visto excelente do quarto e da piscina. Fomos recebidos com uma garrafa de prosecco e frutas. Staff do hotel extremamente simpáticos, gentis e educados.
Recomendo e irei voltar outras vezes.

酒店地理位置優越。離機場和市中心不遠。房間裡有您需要的一切：拖鞋、浴袍、肥皂配件、保險箱、泡咖啡和茶的膠囊。我喜歡這裡的早餐。工作人員很友好。

LLmx_cnThis hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for convenience near the airport. It’s just a few minutes’ walk away, making it perfect for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. The 24-hour front desk was a big plus and made check-in very smooth, no matter what time you arrive.
While it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main town, the walk is quite scenic and enjoyable. The beach is also just a 5–6 minute walk away, with a nice selection of seaside restaurants offering tasty food. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which makes it easy to pick up anything you need.
If you’re interested in seeing planes take off and land from the famous seaside church viewpoint, it’s also very accessible—just a 5-minute walk to the 2A bus stop, and a quick 10-minute ride gets you there.
The room was clean and tidy, with lovely flowers visible outside the window, which made the stay even more pleasant. Despite being close to the airport, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise at all once the windows were closed—either the rooms are well-insulated, or there weren’t many late-night flights (or maybe I’m just a deep sleeper!).
Overall, I had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place near the airport without compromising on comfort or charm.

訪訪客用戶Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

GGraeme JHThe hotel is about 5 minutes taxi ride from the airport making it really convenient. The rooms are clean with everything you need. The pool is great and the sun loungers very comfortable. You can watch incoming planes landing from the pool. People tend to put their towels down before the pool opens, which can be frustrating and means waiting for a lounger if you don’t do that - Tip: if going in July (it was 33 degrees) go to the beach first and then the pool around 4/5pm and you’ll get a lounger and quieter pool. Hotel is within walking distance of both Ammes and Ai Helis beaches which are immaculate. The water is clean and clear. We would definitely return.
