Another wonderful stay.
Reception staff warm and friendly.
Upgraded to a sea view suite, lovely views over the bay, what a view to wake up to.
Huge selection of fresh breakfast food, waiting staff very friendly and attentive.
Location is fantastic a few minutes walk down the hill to the harbour.
Our 2nd stay at this hotel this year, 5 stays in total.

酒店和地區很棒,但是前台和餐廳的服務很缺乏。
我們度過了一個漫長的週末休息,很高興嘗試海灘俱樂部,但我們的經驗被服務所抑制。
被安排站了5分鐘,而被告知我們沒有付錢(當我們有錢的時候)是不必要的,坦率地說是令人尷尬的。
這家餐廳是這次住宿最令人失望的部分。
我是晚上的服務很慢,接着我們的訂單兩次都錯了,也掉了。
與提供歐陸式服務的便宜酒店相比,餐廳的早餐缺乏。選擇少,沒什麼突出的。我們點了熟早餐的時候,花了30-40分鐘才收到一些雞蛋和煎餅,雖然餐廳還算安靜。
然而,房間,設施和水療中心都很棒。美麗舒適的房間。外面的海灘俱樂部很華麗。水療中心很完美,治療是引用我的伴侶的話,“我生命中最好的按摩之一”。
我們不確定我們是否會回來。雖然設施很棒,但服務大多低於標準,而不是我們從海港酒店期望的那樣。

我們住的標準雙牀房雖然挺小的,但裝修不錯,傢俱現代,一塵不染。有最近的淋浴單元,電視,風扇,茶和咖啡製作設施。每張牀相鄰有雙電源插座和4個USB插座。窗戶沿海岸看而不是直接出海,景色非常宜人。英式早餐不錯,經理Adam非常樂於助人。酒店邊上的一家硬站有停車場。海邊和碼頭都近,主要購物區步行可達。總的來說,我們住的很開心。兩個建設性的建議是(1)浴室裏的一個架子,用於洗浴用品,它不會站在彎曲的水槽的頂部,(2)提供馬桶刷。

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

一流的建築,位置非常適合我們。
我們住在一個擁有美妙海景的房間,每天早上醒來。早餐質量很高,給了我們一天的良好開端。總的來說,酒店很乾淨,每個設施都會保持到一個良好的標準。
我們的房間和我住過的許多其他酒店房間相比非常寬敞。浴室絕對比一般大,包括一個大小不錯的淋浴,熱水壓力很大。即使使用了其他的水龍頭,淋浴似乎完全不受影響。
有幾個小細節會改善我們的住宿。在參觀期間,電梯壞了。但這並沒有破壞我們的住宿。另一個細節是浴室裏的一個小凳子(或類似的)。
所有的員工都表現得很友好、平易近人、樂於助人,他們都似乎很想確保我們在奧斯本的逗留愉快。
我們繞着一些看起來維護得很好的地方散步。我們還走出了地面,穿過了米德福特海灣,這是一個散步和享受新鮮海洋空氣的好地方。
我們還會再住在這裏嗎?

訪訪客The hotel is in a very picturesque location, overlooking a lake. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and prices for a stay are very reasonable. Having said that, the completely uncalled for surly, unfriendly and distinctly unhelpful of one member of staff at reception when we returned to the hotel after going to the Newton Abbot races soured the overnight stay for our group of 7. Firstly, after serving drinks to two members of our group, who arrived at the hotel ahead of the rest of us, he didn't allow them to take the drinks outside to a veranda area so they could have a smoke and could provide no good reason for refusing the polite request. Secondly, when the rest of us arrived at the hotel at around 11.30pm the bar was shut and he refused to serve us any drinks, even though we asked politely, merely wanting one more drink before going to bed. He was also curt, rude and distinctly unhelpful when we asked him to point us in the direction of our rooms, giving one word answers and seeming to regard us all as a hindrance to him. All in all, this experience made us regret our choice of hotel and we are disinclined to return to the hotel in future.
A further gripe was that the breakfast service was poor and slow, with cooked breakfasts taking 25 minutes to arrive and many key items missing and not replenished unless guests specifically asked, including cups, tea bags, sugar and orange juice,

We have been to the cliffden hotel three times and had a club room on the first floor they were nice large rooms but this time we were on the second floor our room was very small and claustrophobic nothing like the photos in the booking . We asked for a different room and the man at reception said see me tomorrow morning and if there's a larger room you can have it. Later on in the day my partner went to reception to book a table for an evening meal for us. While she was booking the table the lady at the reception said there were no other rooms you can have. The barman was very polite nice to chat to. We only had one meal in the evening cod and chips could not find much cod it was all batter. Other meal gammon and chips gammon would be good to repair your soles on your shoes. Go to the local chip shop absolutely beautiful. We used the indoor swimming pool which was nice and clean. The gardens are lovely, and the beer is very expensive. Go to the jolly sailor pub with drinks at good prices. Reception is not very helpful. I can't understand why the hotel puts people with dogs on the second floor because when the dog wants to go to the toilet by the time you get down to the entrance the dog has already peed on the carpets. Luckily our dog can hold her pee and she is small enough to carry.I have followed other people with their dogs and seen it. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay this time.

免費的家庭烤麪包機,新鮮的牛奶,如果需要,甚至誠實的酒吧,你可以信任你自己的飲料,並在離開時定居。

DDebbie AnnWhat can I say, when we turned up the outside had old furniture outside so 1st thoughts was its been refurbished. We were told that we had to move our car from the car park or pay an additional £10 per night, this wasn't in the advert when we booked but suddenly appeared later that evening. It was hard to find parking on the street so had to pay. The facilities were basic. No extra pillows, just 2. Shower over bath, no curtain or mat. Coffee was sparce & uht milk expired but they did give us more when asked. The cups were however odd & looked like has been used by the painters. Area was quite good, near to takeaways etc.

PpeterWhat a find,a jewel in the crown,on a weekend trip to Torquay I found this paradise, Hotel Peppers run by husband and wife team Sanjeev and Sabita,this hotel is amazing,what a location just up from the centre and harbour,it was a delight on entering,the decor is superlative,my room recently refurbished was immaculate,everything you can ask for nothing spared to make your stay enjoyable and my drop down balcony so easy to use giving a beautiful view,I can't fault it,highly recommended don't miss this one,honestly and the breakfast is to die for

The staff went out of their way to make the day feel extra special, and I was genuinely moved by their kindness. The room was stunning, the vibe was just right, and every facility added to the comfort of our stay. A big thank you to the lovely lady at reception, her warm welcome and constant support throughout made all the difference. It was a birthday I’ll always remember!
