一家令人印象深刻的酒店——我以前從未住過十樓。我遇到的唯一問題是燈。每盞燈似乎都有一個單獨的開關，但卻沒有一個可以關掉所有燈的開關。所以睡覺時，我必須把房卡從卡槽裡拔出來，才能讓房間完全黑下來。另外，早餐沒有托盤，這意味著我得比在普通酒店裡頻繁地上下樓。但除此之外，飯店非常乾淨整潔，而且交通便利。

附近有地鐵可以直接到機場，大概十幾分鍾，票價5.6歐元。晚上有N17夜間巴士，票價2.65歐元。入住的時候需要付款1.20歐元的城市税，浴巾租用2.5歐洲。基本上都是趕飛機或者轉機的人入住，大家晚上都很安靜，早上有的人離開的也挺早。房間裏有提供帶鎖的櫃子和抽屜，床頭有充電的和燈。浴室和衞生間都保持的乾淨。轉機住一晚，是不錯的選擇。

早餐是最好的。足球場上裝飾着梅西簽名的制服,是足球愛好者的最佳氛圍。但是,對於日本人來說,晚上走廊嘈雜可能很難。因爲是夏令時。..
另一方面,房間裏有海浪,鳥兒和吉他的聲音,這是最好的。

Fantastic hotel in a very remote location in Begur, Costa Brava. The hotel is beautiful and if you are happy with relaxing at your accommodation for your stay, then this is very ideal. The staff however in general are far from ideal. Many have an arrogant persona from the start and often give off the impression they are doing you a favour by simply doing their job. The rooms are beautiful with great scenic views but lack the basic amenities that basic hotels would offer. Overall a beautiful hotel, just let down by a mixture of inept and incompetent staff.

在巴塞一直住的這家，樓下就是地鐵和火車，分別走一百米和兩百米左右，直通景點和機場都賊方便。正經居民區，雖然看起來沒有擴展區經濟情況那麼好，但是住下來很安全，周邊有好吃的家庭餐廳，樓下有早餐店（比酒店便宜），便利店。酒店就是很傳統的那種，裝修不算很新但是挺乾淨的，熱水也挺好，重要的是，一般換房間歐洲都不給提前進要重新收拾行李到時間才能放，他們衹要跟前台説好，第二天換房就可以把行李推進去真的很好！樓頂還有小遊泳池，風景還不錯，姐妹們可沖！

因為行程突然變化 之前的民宿住的好憋悶 l臨時改的 沒想到好驚喜 前台主動給我海景房間 在房間直接可以看日出 無邊泳池一直沒去 健身房比較小 但也算夠用了 旁邊的小泳池很適合看書曬太陽 雖然牛馬掏出電腦💻寫報告 距離地鐵四號線二號線都很近 樓下就是公交站 治癒了很多旅途上的疲憊

Thank you Lucy, Jack, and Emma for taking good care of me. This was one of the best hostels I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and invited to play beach volleyball. At night we played drinking games and had a welcome party. Then we enjoyed a pub crawl where we enjoyed VIP entrance to a couple of clubs. I would definitely stay here again. I met so many people. I had the best time. The bathrooms were sooo clean. They even cooked dinner for us for free!!! The only negative is that rooms and bathrooms were a bit small.

Шикарный хостел - внутри все стильно, чисто, есть шторки и ты как будто в отдельном помещении, есть кухня где ты можешь готовить сам, прекрасная терраса. Расположение идеальное - 3 минуты пешком до дома Мила, 5 минут до метро и удобно до аэропорта, да и вообще расположение позволяет везде легко добраться. В общем у меня остались только положительные впечатления.

這間酒店簡直好的太過分，賓至如歸的服務，房間很大很乾淨，入住兩晚都住得非常舒適。早餐晚餐選擇非常豐富，也很好味。入住兩晚所有事情都很滿意。
與酒店合作的停車場位置有點遠，但酒店都會提供免費接駁車。

訪訪客用戶On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

訪訪客用戶A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

SSelimmm我最近住在卡斯特爾德費爾斯的Masd地中海酒店Apartamentos Spa,總的來說,這是一次很棒的體驗。位置非常理想 - 就在海灘對面,享有美麗的海景和寧靜的氛圍,非常適合放鬆度假。該地區感覺安全和安靜,但仍然提供良好的步行距離內餐館和商店。

住宿就在海灘邊，風景優美，設施齊全。如果有機會，我願意再帶家人來這裡。

DDr. Julio Bernal起初我有點擔心飯店的位置。但事實證明我的擔心是多餘的。飯店離火車站很近（步行20分鐘）。酒店周圍有很多餐飲選擇。設施維護得很好（桑拿/泳池）。房間寬敞舒適。酒吧的營業時間需要改進。他們晚上11點就關門了。除非你走至少10分鐘，否則連瓶水都買不到。以下幾點可以改進，方便往後的旅客：1. 大廳工作人員的態度應該反映飯店的品牌形象。前台有一位員工（我不知道他的名字，大概30多歲的男性……）對著另一位同事大聲嚷嚷，完全不顧周圍有沒有客人。真是既不友善也不專業。 2. 大廳的洗手間需要好好維護。有些馬桶和水龍頭是壞的。除了這些小問題，如果你想住在巴塞隆納郊外，這家飯店還是非常不錯的選擇。

優點:清潔服務好,自助餐大部分時間都還可以,酒店位置離海邊很近。
最大的缺點是“全包”,絕對不能與土耳其全包相比。首先,支付全包費用的遊客在迷你酒吧裏得不到任何東西,甚至沒有水。您可以從酒吧從飲水機獲得水,但您必須有自己的瓶子。此外,他們的“全包”不包括酒吧的許多飲料,以及主酒吧附近的餐廳和大海。“全包”冰淇淋是一個笑話,而不是普通的冰淇淋,你得到的只有2或3個基本冰淇淋的最小版本,所有其他你需要支付。另外,“小吃吧”位於酒店外面,食物本身也不算太差,但相當基本,面積很小,靠近兒童游泳池。對於海灘毛巾,你需要提供10歐元的現金押金,如果你想在海灘上帶傘的躺椅,你需要支付25歐元一天的使用。海灘上的酒店酒吧也是非“全包”的。
因此,在所有酒店的位置中,您只能在2個酒吧和1個“小吃酒吧”+自助餐中使用您的全包福利。
總體來說酒店還不錯但不好
只會建議去那裏有選擇牀+早餐,並支付其餘的餐點和飲料。它會便宜,你不會感覺像一個局外人或乞,在酒店周圍詢問你可以在哪裏吃飯。因爲我們就是這樣感覺的。

訪訪客用戶我一年300天都在旅行，第一次感受到震撼！我從亞洲出發，經過 16 小時的飛行，於 23:30 抵達並辦理登機手續。在辦理入住手續時，接待員以最後通牒的形式要求我繳納押金。我回答說我將在早上 7 點退房，因此幾乎無法使用押金，他回答說這是酒店的政策，我必須這樣做，否則他將取消我的預訂。我向他出示了入住憑證，但上面沒有提到我需要繳交押金的資訊。他說這是我的問題，他現在（晚上 00:00）會取消預訂。 20分鐘後，我成功說服他不要向我收取押金。第二輪悲劇開始－他要求繳納旅遊稅。我建議用信用卡支付，因為我身上只有美元現金。但我無法使用 VISA 卡付款，而我在全球 50 個國家使用過這張卡，都沒有問題！ ！但酒店的終端不接受我的卡。我要求收取 100 美元的押金，但他不肯接受，他讓我兌換 200 美元（！！！）因為酒店政策禁止兌換較少的金額！ ！供您參考 - 旅遊稅為 12.54 歐元，飯店員工無法為我提供正常的付款終端！總之太可怕了，最後我晚上1點才睡著。糟糕的地方，絕對不忠誠的員工。他試圖對我大喊大叫！這是我第一次見到這樣的事情！太糟糕了！
