除了一個非常不愉快的事件外,一切都很棒。一天晚上,我的妻子和2歲的孩子在房間裏睡着了,我和我的朋友在大廳裏喝了晚酒。午夜時分,我妻子打電話給我,說有兩個男人走進房間,打開所有的燈,大聲喊叫,喚醒了和我妻子一樣非常不安的嬰兒。我們房間的鑰匙不再工作了。我去接待處,很明顯地震驚了這一事件,如果允許陌生人在半夜進入你的房間,任何事情都可能發生有一個快速的道歉,並告訴他們,他們給了別人我們的房間是錯誤的。對於一家五星級酒店,我不希望出現如此嚴重的錯誤,並且希望通過道歉來彌補這一事件。

我們提前到了酒店,好在入住時間之前,我們問能不能比預定時間早一點入住,悶悶不樂的店員嚴厲地回答我們不可能。與此同時,我們要求爲游泳池提供毛巾,再次被告知沒有。一段時間後,另一個更好的店員來了,解釋說她會盡一切努力盡快給我們弄到房間,我們確實提前拿到了房間。每次路過前台,同一個陰沉的店員繼續做一張臉。我們得到的房間是泳池邊的房間,總體來說不錯的房間,有點小,大多是黑暗的。在加分方面,我們要注意游泳池和房間的清潔度,我們要求額外的毛巾,得到了。食物還不錯,種類挺多的。我們真的很喜歡酒店附屬的餐廳,食物,氛圍和服務。酒店有停車場,我們用過。酒店位置優越,就在海灘旁邊,沿着海灘走道。酒店靠近購物街和餐館。

Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

Very clean good size room which is a little dated but not an issue, apart from the shower head not being fixed to the wall which made showering difficult! Unable to receive Wi-Fi in the room, nor many TV channels! Really good swimming pool with an abundance of Sun beds and shades and great.location close to many bars and restaurants, which is good as the hotel bar didn't have any draft beers available! Staff were friendly enough but reception desk regularly unattended! Big car park but open to outsiders! So, all in all, a mixed bag but ok for the 3 nights we stayed, although I couldn't take much more of that shower!!

It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. It was edible, but I wouldn't say it was truly good.
