在英國倫弗魯郡，設有酒吧的飯店

我在那裏住了5天,總的來說是一次愉快的體驗,雖然我可以看到一些改進點,看到了萬豪品牌。 鑰匙的小IT問題,儘管我盡了最大的照顧,但它繼續消磁。我不得不至少返回接待處5次。 應該改進的部分是餐廳的服務,服務員看起來年輕和年輕,儘管肯定是耐心和有動力的。他們可能應該更多地關注所有的客戶,特別是在繁忙的時期,幾乎不可能與他們進行眼神接觸。

飯店位置絕佳，就在機場旁邊，但飯店設施略顯陳舊，需要翻新一下。我入住那天天氣很熱，房間裡似乎沒有空調，窗戶也打不開，不過我估計這在格拉斯哥應該不是常見問題。

酒店似乎有點累,需要一些tlc,工作人員在與酒吧工作人員交談時都很友好,酒吧工作人員樂於助人。酒吧區似乎有點狹窄和尷尬。我們的房間應該是行政的,但感覺很狹窄。在其他地方住了更少,空間更多。浴室沒有地方可以放置洗浴用品進出淋浴,廁所在牆壁和玻璃淋浴門之間的非常封閉的空間。實際上撞到了我的肩膀上廁所卷架!房間很乾淨,但牀很硬,我們兩個人都沒能睡得太多,因爲不得不經常離開麻木的關節。房間在二樓,絕對烤,所以不得不整晚保持風扇,真的很吵。早餐豐富,設置很好,但有點無味。總體令人失望的住宿,我們週年紀念日。

Nice hotel for short stays was nice and clean too no problems.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than 5 stars! The hotel was amazing — very clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was excellent. It’s great value for money, and I really loved my stay. Definitely coming back again!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in einer der Lodges. Diese sind wirklich toll gepflegt und ausgestattet. Neben einem großen Wohnzimmer und 2 sehr schönen Schlafzimmern gab es 2 Bäder. Leider ist eines von beiden ein Behinderten-WC. Dort gibt es keine abgegrenzte Dusche und die Toilette hat keinen Deckel. Beides wirkt eher befremdlich. Ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt und ein sicherer Ort für eine Rückkehr.

Stayed one night in room number one. There was a loud humming noise coming from outside the bedroom window. I spoke to the hotel about this and was told the appliance would turn off at 9pm. We came back from the gig around 11.30pm and it was still running. It continued to turn on and off throughout the night. If we had been staying longer i would have complained and moved rooms. There are other reviews on here about noise issues in this hotel.

美麗的酒店,一塵不染。水療中心絕對令人驚歎。唯一的缺點是2個酒吧關閉,似乎因人員配置問題,我們一直期待着嘗試它們。唯一的吃飯的地方是點菜餐廳,但食物和工作人員絕對可愛。水療中心的工作人員也很棒,謝謝,一定會回來的。

Absolutely fabulous! They really have made such a difference in this hotel and just what was needed. Staff so nice and welcoming! Dinner in the dining room was fabulous 🥰🥰 our hotel room was huge room & next to the spa.. quite a wee walk away from main dining room but I was ok with that.
