The ceilings are high and vaulted and the ambiance of the whole place feels warm with old world charm. We're on the 2nd floor and there's no elevator; so expect to walk up a few flights of stairs.You'll notice right away that the place is HUGE. 2,300 square feet with a gigantic living room, including a bar with refrigerator, TV and bar stools, city views; perfect for pre-gaming or socializing among your group. The kitchen has an island to work on or just gather around and talk. All pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses are provided. It also has a Mr. Coffee maker with filters and complementary coffee, sugar and creamer. There is a microwave, stove, oven and bagel toaster too.There is large dining room with a table that can easily fit 10 guests located just off the kitchen. Almost complete surrounded by windows and southern exposure; the dining room is the perfect breakfast nook to catch the early morning sunlight. There are 2 private bedrooms with big comfy King Sized beds. Two other bedrooms have 2 Queen Sized bed in each room. There are TV's in 3 of the bedrooms with streaming content. We provide YouTube TV and you can use your phone apps to broadcast your favorite shows via Chromecast.In the living room, there are 3 futon couches. These futons fold into full sized beds by just lifting the seats up. Futon pillows and linens are stored in the small closet near the front bedroom.
