非常感謝您的服務,酒店非常舒適,雖然離清真寺很遠,但很刺激,不用擔心,因爲每一次都有公交車,注意星期五不要到dzuhur 鍾,因爲廟宇方向擁擠,建議8點早上已經走過或下午2點,公交又要走了,尤其是在齋月,對於那些尋找好的,舒適和便宜的酒店的人來說,可以成爲這家諾富特酒店的推薦

第一次來到吉達，選擇了個平價酒店，整體還可以，就是設施一般，首先停車就很麻煩，停車場需要繞一大圈到酒店後門進入很窄的停車場，酒店大堂門口也是停車特別不方便，比較差的一次入住體驗。

房間很大，落地窗户可以看到寺廟，🈶游泳池，健身房，店員特別熱情，幫忙打車，發票，還給了旅遊建議，總之特別好的酒店。下次如果有機會再去的話還會選擇

以下是本人當天在入住酒店時拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的405房間。酒店位置：吉達交通方便。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，床蠻舒服的。有一次性拖鞋提供。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖是送到房間裏的阿拉伯餐。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。

地理位置不錯，服務也很周到。附近吃的比較方便，其中有個印度餐館，有類似東北的烤雞架，味道非常不錯哦。

I had the pleasure of staying at Violet Hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and I wanted to share my experience with everyone considering a trip to this holy city. First, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated just a short distance from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for performing prayers and attending religious duties. The view from my room offered a beautiful sight of the surroundings, providing a serene feel which added to my spiritual journey. The staff at Violet Hotel deserve special mention. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The concierge service was particularly helpful in assisting me with local transportation and offering advice on places to visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a fully-stocked minibar. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get some much-needed rest after long days of prayers and exploration. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring the room was spotless each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from local Saudi dishes to international fare, all prepared with fresh ingredients. I also dined at the in-house restaurant for dinner a couple of times, and the meals were absolutely delightful. In terms of facilities, the Violet Hotel offers several amenities that enhance the guest experience. There is a well-equipped fitness center, which I found extremely beneficial to keep up with my exercise routine. The business center also came in handy as I needed to catch up on some work during my stay. Overall, my experience at Violet Hotel was exceptional. Whether you are visiting Makkah for a spiritual pilgrimage or just to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The combination of its prime location, excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic dining options make it a great choice for any traveler.

地方乾淨整潔,雖然很難找到酒店入口。自從深夜入住以來,看不到游泳池,但下次我會利用他們的設施。

كل شي كان ممتاز الاستقبال البنات رائعين وكنت حاجزة غرفه وعملو لنا ترقيه وعطونا جناح غير مطل مرره فرحت لأني كنت أبي  جناح ومع الحجز مالقيت والحمدلله تيسرت  المكان نظيف مررره وممتاز جدا وقريب من الحرم جدا مشي ٥دقايق وتنزل من السلالم وصلت ساحة الحرم  باستثناء الشفت الي ماسك تنظيف الغرف اول يوم طلبت شاور جل و تنظف الغرفه وتتبدل الفوط رحنا الحرم ورجعنا ما تنظفت الغرف ثاني يوم كلمتهم وقلت لهم أبي فوط وتتنظف الغرفه رجعنا الفوط مبدله والسرير تعديل أي كلام وكل شي ثاني على وضعه المخدات الي بالصاله مرميه عالارض أكواب القهوة مغسوله ولكن ما رجعها مكانها جنب التلفزيون يعني العامل الي ينظف كنه يقول احمدو ربكم إني بدلت الفوط الباقي عليكم هذا الشي الوحيد الي كانت سلبيه في جودة عمل الموظف رئيس الشفت الي يرد على التلفون كان مستغرب إني اطلب شاور جل يقول مافيه قلت حتى الي بالجدار مافيه ونزلت خذت من الصيدلية ما نطرتهم المهم ارجع لهم أي ارجع لهم خصوصا انه قريب مررره ونظيف نظيف ما جربنا الأكل لأنه حجزنا بدون فطور
