馬來西亞雪蘭莪的酒店式公寓

優點： -物有所值，4 個人每人不到 RM50 -舒適的床（King Koil 品牌）+新家具 -公寓是新建的，所以一切都是新的 -地下室免費停車 - G 層辦理入住手續快捷，無需排隊，可快速從櫃檯領取鑰匙 -廚房用具、烤箱、電磁爐、冰箱等一應俱全 缺點： - 僅提供 2 瓶水，沒有飲水機（專業提示：39 樓健身房外面有一台） -地板清潔度有待提高，發現地板上有一些污垢和沙子 -游泳池不太乾淨，保全還告訴我們那天不能使用游泳池，不知道原因 -電梯需要很長時間才能到達，建議避開高峰時段，例如中午 12 點退房時間 -周圍環境安靜，只有樓下有超市，其他都需要開車 =整體而言，由於物有所值，所以體驗很好。

空調管道漏水,我們到房間時房間被洪水排序。 不得不花時間清理水。糟糕的開始住宿的方式。 房間整體還可以,就是有點舊。

型態為飯店式管理公寓，結合飯店及住家的優點。本次預訂的是一臥室居，有一間獨立的臥室及衛浴間，還有一個開放空間，包含廚房、客廳、餐廳。客廳空間很寬敞，還有影音設備及1-2沙發組，可以躺在沙發上連自己手機的音樂，好好休息。廚房有大冰箱及基本的廚具及整套的餐具，可以自己動手下廚，飯店樓下的商場有超市，可以輕鬆採購食材、零食、飲品。臥室配有超舒適的加大雙人床及各種軟硬度的枕頭，可以好好休息。住宿體驗像住在家裡一樣很自在舒適。 早餐是配合的餐廳LAFAYETTE，提供西式及中式自主餐點，還有另外為蔬食者提供的單點菜單，其中西式的蘑菇燉飯、番茄筆管麵、橄欖油義大利麵更是驚艷好吃。

性價比非常非常非常高，房間環境和設施出乎意料的好，樓下配套吃的，喝的，超市都有，唯一一點美中不足的就是前台需要現金按金或者信用卡對於常年不帶現金的人有點煩

总体来说，我们的入住体验还算愉快，但一些小问题让它略显逊色。房间本身很漂亮——非常宽敞，设计简洁干净。所有基本设施一应俱全，摆放也很整齐。然而，我们确实遇到了一些问题。首先，我们找不到筷子，吃面条有点不方便。其次，只有一个小碗，对两个人来说不太够用。更令人意外的是，浴室里竟然没有卫生纸。 酒店位置优越，靠近3 Damansara和1 Utama等大型购物中心。然而，前往酒店却颇费周折。周围的道路错综复杂，有很多十字路口，我们的导航软件也并非总能把我们带到正确的位置。

everything is good。全部都OK。隔音會有點差介意的人可以選不要這麼靠近電梯的房。我是不介意的所以接受的了

整體很好 位置不錯 安保也很認真。熨斗是壞的，會把衣服熨壞。另外就是兩個卧室之間的房間隔音不太好，是很薄的木板。

一個很棒的住宿地點!在我們到達之前,空間感覺現代,明亮,徹底打掃。佈局舒適,所有設施工作完美無瑕 - 快速Wi-Fi,巨大的水壓,和一套儲備充足的基本設施。附近有商場,很容易獲得食物。入住和退房完全無憂。五星到處!

KLIA附近最好的位置之一,附近有很多很棒的餐館,非常方便。只是可能需要一點設施升級,然後應該很棒。

With regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.  This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.  My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location. check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.  As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.  Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.  Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.  I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.  Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.
