Check in and check out is very smooth. House is clean and spacious.

1、入住前溝通順暢，入住辦理很順利。2、孩子們在這套房間裏發現了各自的樂趣，大的喜歡影音室，小的喜歡滑梯設施。玩的非常開心。 幾點不足：1、水壓較小；2、灶台附近有螞蟻。

新完成的大樓，整體環境很乾淨也很有質感，房間設備看起來都很新，住起來很舒服。樓下商場目前還沒完全進駐，所以人不多，整體感覺很安靜、不會太吵。適合家庭或喜歡清幽環境的人入住，期待之後商場越來越完整！

這次入住體驗真的很不錯，必須給個like！ 首先最滿意的就是location，非常方便。民宿周邊有很多fnb選擇，不管是早餐、tea time、晚餐還是宵夜都能輕鬆找到，不需要特地開車跑遠。附近還有便利店、mall和各種生活設施，無論是旅遊、business還是短住都非常適合。 房間方面也讓人留下深刻印象。一進門就能感受到屋主在design的用心，整體裝修風格簡約premium，拍照很好看，很有精品民宿的感覺。傢俱擺設和配色搭配得很舒服，讓人有種回到家的relax。 最重要的是cleaning做得很好。房間、浴室、床單和公共空間都整理得非常乾淨，沒有異味，讓人住得開心。床也舒適，晚上睡眠品質也很好。 下次有機會再來這一區，一定會再次入住，也會推薦給身邊的親朋好友！

这间单间公寓非常干净、舒适且宽敞，毗邻富力广场 (R&F Mall)。步行 10 分钟即可到达新山关卡 (JB CIQ)。由于我下午 5 点后才到达，他们告知我可以在大堂邮箱取钥匙自助入住。之后，向保安出示钥匙即可进入大堂。 住宿包含使用健身房、游泳池、桑拿房、台球室和乒乓球室。然而，游泳池上午 9 点至中午 12 点整整 3 个小时都在进行维护，这让我非常失望，因为我原本计划在退房前在泳池放松一下。代理人安珠 (ANJU) 应该在入住前告知我此事。

最近有幸入住新山富力公主灣飯店，這是一次非常棒的體驗。地理位置極為便利，緊鄰富力廣場，購物、餐飲都非常方便。一座人行天橋將住宅與購物中心直接連接起來，方便客人輕鬆進出。   公寓本身寬敞且設備齊全，提供輕鬆住宿所需的所有舒適設施。從陽台上看到的景色令人驚嘆，為我們的參觀提供了寧靜的背景。游泳池和健身中心等設施都是一流的，而且維護良好。工作人員友善熱情，確保入住和退房過程順利進行。 整體而言，富力公主灣完美融合了舒適、便利和奢華。我強烈推薦所有前往新山旅遊的人來這裡，無論是商務還是休閒。

第一晚住宿在Lego Land Hotel, 停車票遺失、被扣五十令吉。第二晚轉到這一間民宿，實在太驚艷，太太和三歲女兒簡直是不要太滿意（1/4 Lego Land Hotel價格、自帶乾淨的遊戲區、性價比很滿意）。 這裡周邊設施齊全，六樓有游泳池、遊樂場和健身房。網路速度順暢、電視有遊戲機、和操作把手。房間本身乾淨整潔。二個停車位寬敞且免費。提供有二張雙人床、小娃的遊戲區還有一張單人床。 地理位置非常便利，吃飯用餐按摩距離都不遠。位置靠近一家大型購物中心旁。這家購物中心很大，有很多商店和餐廳。你可以搜尋“Sunway Big Box Retail Park”了解更多資訊。

地方寬敞,有3張雙人牀。位置無與倫比,周圍有餐館。有冰箱和餐桌。 然而,當我打開大門時,我給管理層的電話沒有得到答覆。我的信息被ai回覆了。重複的,禮貌的信息,沒有幫助我們。最後,大樓的保安人員幫助了我們。非常感謝他!他拯救了我們的一天!主臥室的交流不起作用。我們最終沒有睡在主臥室。我們預訂了15級,而是獲得了12級。管理層一直堅持以我的名義預訂12級,儘管我提供了預訂的截圖顯示15級。也沒有提供洗手。 總之,如果對上面視而不見,可能會再次預訂。我喜歡它的位置,價格實惠,空間。12樓的景色也蠻好的。

Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️
