HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

離聖彼得大教堂很近，步行即可到達。房間佈局很有趣。但我們住的房型更適合年輕人，不適合老人，因為老人家需要爬上去。浴室比較簡陋，但很乾淨。房間很乾淨，有微波爐和水壺。沒有提供電視/拖鞋/紙巾。工作人員非常樂於助人。我們的預訂包含早餐，他們幫忙打包了早餐。早餐很美味。

房間蠻大的，等於一個小套房，設施有電熱水壺（壞了，重新換了一個），膠囊咖啡機（漏水）不過可以用。洗手間太小了，淋浴更小，花灑安裝不合理，人不知道站哪裡合適。我們住了四天哦，每天都一摸一樣的早餐，不是自助是固定套餐，吃不飽餓不死那種，幾片爛葉子，幾片小番茄，一個煎雞蛋，一兩片小小的培根，一個人一片麪包片+一片蛋糕片，一杯咖啡一杯果汁，一人一個酸奶。最想説的就是那個前台，我們幸運正好碰上那個評論裏説的最不耐煩的那個女人，好像我們欠了她多少錢一樣，全程冷臉+不耐煩，我的天，在歐洲旅行這麼多次，第一次碰到這麼差勁的前台，既然不喜歡這份工作完全可以換一份嘛，幹嘛天天在這裏生氣，折壽啊🧐下面那段是我老公的評價，他非要也説幾句🧐I am very surprised i seem owe money for this hotel,the staff, a lady seem not happy for this **** job, all the time of check-in is rather angry,even the life isn't fair to this lady but you can't lose temper to clients, so far i still think why ?

這是我住過的最親切的公寓類型酒店，酒店前台的服務員超級親切，他們每次都會耐心給我們提供服務，晚上我們想出去吃海鮮還給我們推薦好吃的館子，怕我們找不到，那位先生還特意帶我們走過去跟飯店幫我們訂了位置，真的超級熱情，他們的服務特別人性化，公寓很安全必須刷卡才能進，人不在的時候們都是鎖着的，房間類型設計的非常適合家庭出遊，衞生也騷的很乾凈，地理位置優越，旁邊就是聖天使堡和梵蒂岡國家，甚至地下一層還有休息吃飯沖澡的等待區域，我們機票晚就在這裏機場那裡舒適的休息了一下，早餐也不錯，水果和自動煎餅機我很喜歡，再次謝謝幫助我的前台服務員，他們真的特別人性化 L’appartamento e’ vivo più gentile che abbia mai tipo hotel, della reception cameriere d’albergo super gentile, servizi loro pazienza fornirci ogni volta, vogliamo uscire di sera ditta per mangiare frutti di mare di inviarci il delizioso raccomandata, paura non riusciamo a trovare, signore ho portato anche noi camminavamo con hotel aiutarci prenotato l’ubicazione, super entusiasta, davvero speciale dei loro servizi umano, Appartamenti molto sicurezza deve strisciare la prima, in gruppi, le persone non chiusa a chiave, stanza tipi di design perfetto per famiglie ChuYou, anche a sao della sanità è pulita, posizione geografica, è accanto a fort st. 我們訂的行政房，房間在歐洲算是大的了，環境、衞生、安全都不錯，我們是凌晨check-in的，所以事先要打電話做on-line check-in的，晚上11點以後前台是沒人的，切記切記。 拉垮的一點是我們定了早上3點的飛機去機場，結果前台給錯了酒店地址，我們衹好打電話給司機，人家又不懂英語，各種折騰，車子半小時後才到，差點沒誤了飛機，驚悚啊

it is around 10 minutes walk from central train station, quite convenient; restaurants and cafe are nearby; if you have big luggages, you have to carry for at least 20+ stairs, there is no elevator for the apartment, luckily I am staying at first floor. The apartment have a basement area for you to keep the luggages after checked out, that us quite thoughtful; a small pantry inside the apartment that you can make some coffee in the morning
