西班牙加泰羅尼亞的酒店式公寓

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

This apartment was all we hoped for, the location suited us very well, right next to Sagrada Familia and close to a good supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. We can definitely recommend an Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, Paisano Bistro where we ate a couple of times, along with a fast food pasta place for food on the go (quirky, write on the walls) Pasta Lucia. Most places in the area did close around midnight. The apartment 306 was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 including 2 daughters 25 & 21, we were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday. It has a great living area with sofa and dining table/chairs modern kitchen, a full shower room and another room with WC and sink, along with a small balcony over looking the street below. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms, the view from the master room is nothing to speak about, onto the inner courtyard. Lots of storage / wardrobe space in the main bedroom, a little less in the twin. I did take a dining chair into our bedroom to sit in front of the long mirror as there is a socket there for hair appliances, but there is no dressing table. There were little extras included like dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, hand soap in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with tea supplies etc…There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Bottled water which would be replenished on request to reception. The air conditioning in the apartment is great, inside the apartment we would not have known that it reached 36 degrees outside on some days! The roof top terraces are a great bonus, with loungers and terrace furniture. They are open until 10pm. Note it is only a plunge pool, not a swimming pool. The view of the Sagrada Familia from up there was amazing! We didn’t use the gym, apart from my daughter booked it privately to take advantage of a special offer “Monday full body massage” for 40 euros. We arrived mid morning and called to leave our luggage, check in was from 3pm, but they were happy to store our luggage so that we could spend the day exploring the area. Irene and Tamara on reception were both lovely and really helpful, as was the English gentleman who later showed us around our apartment, sorry I didn’t catch his name. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing that we would have changed. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!  Note- you cannot leave your luggage after checkout, however I booked luggage storage a few minutes away costing around £20 for two large cases, and 4 under seat bags. I sourced this myself as there are companies advertised at reception and in the lift, however they worked out more expensive. The storage we used worked perfectly.

房間本身舒適,位置也不錯,我們提前也意識到酒店沒有24-hour接待,依靠自助入住亭,我們準備的,原則上沒有問題。 然而,當亭無法識別有效的預訂時,我們的經歷變得非常緊張。我們在高鐵旅程延誤後接近晚上10點到達。儘管通過Trip.com進行了確認預訂,但亭無法找到我們的預訂 - 無論是姓還是預訂參考。我們嘗試了每個可能的選項,在深夜超過45分鐘,無法獲得工作人員支持。 沒有別的選擇,我們被迫預訂並支付額外的房間,只是爲了睡覺,留下我們原來的(已經付費的)房間未使用。當我們最終入住的時候,附近的餐館都關門了,我們沒有吃飯。 第二天早上,解決這個問題同樣令人沮喪。直到中午才有接待,這意味着我們不得不等待,失去了一天的大部分時間。當我們最終與前台交談時,沒有道歉或承認造成的痛苦。相反,責任轉移到第三方預訂平台上,儘管亭的設計是與預訂號碼或客人姓名一起工作。 只有在堅定地解釋亭的失敗迫使我們在一個額外的夜晚花費近100歐元之後,這個問題似乎才註冊。雖然額外的夜晚最終被退款,但缺乏同情心和問責制留下了持久的負面印象。 很遺憾,因爲酒店本身有潛力。不幸的是,由於這種情況是如何處理的,我不會返回或推薦這家酒店給任何在正常接待時間以外到達的人。

老婆希望控制預算，定了這個酒店。中規中矩的公寓，性價比還可以，酒店位置也不差。但很重要的一點，辦理入住和公寓不在同一個地方，當地的公交又不方便。而這個信息竟然在確認信息中沒有。晚上帶着兩個娃，拉着行李，步行一公裏到了公寓才發現，要到兩公裡外的另一個地方辦理入住，而且沒有有效的交通工具。大家可以腦補一下當時的狀況和心情。希望攜程在該酒店的確認單中明確指出這一關鍵信息。但如果提前知道了，最有效的辦法也衹能是先打車去辦入住，讓出租車等着，辦好后在去公寓。車費大概在20到25歐。如果衹住一晚，性價比就不怎麼樣了

我們租了一間公寓。我們說沒有毛巾，他們就送來了。如果把熱水閥往反方向旋，熱水就會打開。房間是用空調加熱的。空調很舊，非常舊。公寓有個露台，很不錯。

位置很好，靠近兩條地鐵線路，可以到達市中心。房間還可以，但是廁所裡不停地發出令人厭煩的嗶嗶聲。向 whatsapp 幫助熱線回饋，第二天他們派了維修人員過來，關掉了空調，說噪音就是從那裡來的。因此，他們不但不想修理設備，還希望我們不用加熱器。相當荒謬，因為晚上天氣還是很冷。他們告訴我們關上廁所的門，但仍然能聽到。 我們住了 4 晚，問題仍未解決。 A 座的免費洗衣機/烘乾機非常髒，所以不要對此抱持希望。距離酒店僅 2 分鐘路程處有一個投幣式自助洗衣店。 最後一件事，我在抵達之前告知我們，我們將提前到達，比入住時間提前幾個小時，並詢問了存儲選項。他們告訴我們可以使用，但需要付費，所以我們沒有想到要使用它。我們到達的那天，已經透過 whatsapp 發送了存取代碼，但房間還沒有準備好，所以我們在大樓外等了一個多小時。當我們進入大樓時，我們意識到儲存系統實際上是免費的。工作人員本可以告訴我們這是免費的，這樣我們就可以將行李寄存起來，繼續享受這一天，但我們卻不得不等了一個多小時才等到房間準備好。

對於在巴塞隆納短期住宿來說，這家旅館非常棒，我非常喜歡它的位置，它已經是一個住宅區，安靜、乾淨，但有足夠多的咖啡館和餐館，地鐵就在附近，到市中心只有幾站路！房間也總是乾淨、舒適、漂亮，幾乎有你需要的一切，吹風機、淋浴配件、咖啡機、水壺、茶和咖啡、小冰箱、一次性杯子、足夠的毛巾，甚至還有熨斗和熨衣板！我真的很想在房間裡放一把開瓶器）））還有一個非常漂亮的公共區域，裡面有桌椅，你可以在那裡吃點小吃，但我想要一些簡單的餐具和微波爐，那樣會方便得多！飯店入住手續完全是遠端辦理的，只需使用房間準備好時發送的代碼即可。如果您能提早發送門的通用密碼，那就更方便了，這樣您就可以在一樓的桌子上等待房間準備好，而不是在門附近的街道上或附近的咖啡館。總的來說，我推薦這家飯店，我已經在那裡住過三次了，非常開心！

入住是自助的，前台沒有人，所以一開始我很焦慮，因為我找不到這個地方。不過，附近的飯店工作人員幫我辦理了入住手續，我順利進入了我的房間。房間很寬敞，有獨立的客廳和臥室，感覺就像一個真正的家。還有微波爐，您可以加熱在超市購買的食物。有一個電磁爐，但我真的不知道如何使用它。雖然離旅遊景點有點遠，但離機場很近，所以回程我們有充足的時間。 早上，他們提供免費的飲料和麵包，所以你可以節省一點食物費用。

我在蘭布拉大道108號公寓酒店住了五晚，體驗非常棒。地理位置優越，就在蘭布拉大道的中心地帶，方便前往探索附近的所有景點。工作人員非常友好熱情，回應迅速，並迅速處理了我們的任何要求。我們的一房公寓乾淨整潔，設施齊全，廚房應有盡有。雖然能聽到火車經過的微弱聲音，但絲毫沒有影響。我和我的家人對這裡印象深刻，強烈推薦給所有想在巴塞隆納尋找舒適便捷住宿的人。
