加拿大魁北克省的酒店式公寓

入住之前要通過郵件把按金付了。Check in也有些周折，沒有前台，電話沒人接，後來發訊息才聯繫上，沒有當地電話的話比較麻煩，有服務員直接在門口等着交房卡。房間裏設施倒是齊全，也很新，但客廳沒有窗簾！！這個的確是大大的意外！退房以後也沒有寄存行李的服務，據攜程説周圍有付費寄存的地方。體驗感一般吧。

Overall, the stay was clean, quiet, and well-located near restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable, and the room had great amenities like a washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge. (Note: The cups had a lingering coffee smell, so I didn't use them.) The price is reasonable as well. A few areas need improvement: Bathroom & Facilities: Shampoo and body wash were only sample-sized. The shower was small with weak water pressure, and the 2nd-floor spa was just a small hot-tub-style pool, which was disappointing. Communication: Host communication was unresponsive. I extended my stay for a second night a few days before and messaged to keep the same room, but got no reply. With no front desk available, we had to check out in the morning and check in to a different room at night.

地理位置非常便利。可以搭乘800路快速公車連接市中心、瀑布、Maxi超市和地鐵。這條線路班次頻繁，出行方便。一樓仍在施工，步行不太方便。大樓沒有電梯，可能對某些旅客來說不太方便。房間描述中說所有房間都配備洗衣機和烘乾機，但我們分配的房間沒有，我們要求更換。負責人幫我們更換了房間。在我們入住的三晚期間，沒有客房清潔服務。但所有東西看起來都很新很乾淨。他們甚至提供了充足的紙巾、衛生紙和洗衣片。大樓靠近交通樞紐，很方便，但不知為何有點吵。空調被鎖住了，但幸運的是這幾天天氣不算太熱。不過，天氣確實很熱，在炎熱的天氣裡沒有空調會很不舒服。

在Francois Denis公寓的住宿很棒。我們的房間寬敞溫暖,設備齊全,離蒙特利爾市中心超級方便。老闆對一些小問題非常有幫助,溝通也很樂於助人,友好。公寓設備是新的和高質量的,大冰箱,烤箱,爐,微波爐電視等。淋浴非常好。強烈推薦自助餐飲夫婦,價格優惠。靠近地鐵線也有所幫助。非常好的住宿在蒙特利爾的心臟。

是個新民宿，沒有前台，需要自己輸密碼進門，沒想到是沒有電梯的，要抬着箱子上樓，能自己做飯吃，服務員説法語

我們住了兩晚,總體來說一切都不錯–乾淨,溫馨,舒適,位置方便。房間沒有全套廚房(只有微波爐),但底層有供客人使用的共用廚房,彌補了這一點。房間沒有洗碗的洗碗池,只有洗碗機。總體來說還不錯,但是隻用一個杯子跑步並不是一個真正的選擇,特別是因爲只有少量的餐具。浴室也缺乏馬桶刷。一個小細節:毯子佈置得有點不尋常,就像一個“三明治”,周圍有牀單,而不是適當的羽絨被。這些都是小問題,但可以爲未來的客人改進。

是個很不錯的酒店，離火車站很近，老城景點可徒步遊覽，第二天5點半的火車，所以選了個無早餐帶廚房的房間，其廚房用具齊全，具備各種電器，很乾凈，住的舒適，價格也合理，如果夜晚入住，要入住前聯繫好，否則，你沒有密碼和具體房間號是進入不了灑店的，這是一個沒有前台服務，大門緊鎖的酒店，第一次入住這樣式的酒店還沒有經驗，大家可以去嘗試一下！

Stayed here for Osheaga weekend. It was close by the transit station and to many other local spots that we frequented. A great stay overall.

Me and my mom enjoyed our stay here. It took us a while to find this and also took a while before we got the code for the lock. You really need to have a Canada number (which my mom has thankfully) to contact them so maybe not for E-sim users like me. The unit was very nice and cozy. Automatic lock with a passcode so very convenient. Also they have a washing. And drying machine which was very helpful. They also provided the laundry pods as well. Aircon and heating was good and the water pressure was good too. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. I really loved my stay here with my mom😊
