The photos of this hotel are a little misleading. The property is not as nice as shown but we were very happy there. The room was large and we had a large balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was comfortable. There is no ”safe” as in a physical box to store your valuables but the room is very safe I was assured. Cameras on corridors and no one goes in except you unless you ask for cleaning. We were there over Diwali and the hotel was quiet at night even on the big night. On our last day we left at 5.15am and commented about the noise all night from group who checked in the day before. The reception *** said he had already had numerous complaints about them. Excellent location for us. We did not eat in the hotel but it is an easy walk into ”town”. Reception staff were very helpful and efficient when we asked for things. Extra pillow, clean the mud we had just dragged in, extra tea for room etc. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Fridge and kettle in the room are a bonus.

Our first visit to Goa we stayed here for 9 nights 10 days , what can I say hotel staff amazing can not do enough for you , onsite restaurant served lovely food , breakfast , Lunch and dinner plus snacks . Rooms, we stayed in a suite as we had our disabled son with us , it had patio doors ( locked with 1 bolt quite flimsy}opening out on to a terrace overlocking the pool , the room was very spacious . Overall the room was in need of refurbishment but spotlessly clean , we loved the fact that is was cleaned every day and clean sheets every day and very good air con in both the bedroom and lounge area . Pool was clean and we had it to ourselves for nearly all of our stay , Sun loungers all 4 of them in very poor condition as were the brollies these do need replacing asap , there are 2 pools one behind the restaurant we did not use this one , but it was again very clean and sun beds same condition and need replacing, there is also a children's play area that also needs attention . Electrics in the room questionable some kept sparking . Communal areas are very well kept and clean the pots and plants around look beautiful . 24 hour security on the gate so didn't worry to much about the patio doors, lovely guys . Free transport to Baga beach and back from the hotel . Overall we had a brilliant stay and would not hesitate to return , would love to see the sun beds replaced as they did not look very welcoming and broken so was sure how safe they would be .

excellent resort. we stayed for 2 nights, it was quiet and we had lovely use of facilities and great service. swimming pools are big nice, restaurants really good food. special mention to Francis, manager at pickle mango restaurant who looked after and catered to all our needs including small children food. restaurant staff Rohit and Saurabh were so helpful and looked after us so well. lovely breakfast as well. rooms big and nice bathrooms. overall fantastic stay and highly recommended resort

The hotel is in best location with very calm and green view from the room. Its very hard to find a place like that in such location. Very things is near by club cabana, hammerzz club, saturday night market. Everythings. Once again thanks terra for such a good hospitality.
