OK to visit if living in the area.
It serves it purpose and gives locals somewhere to exercise but it nothing special and certainly not worth any effort to visit.

If you are visiting Chiang Mai ZOO visit this park as well, it's just beside the zoo
HK Fitness Park lies on Huay Kaew Rod at the bottom of Doi Suthep, near the zoo. It's a lovely park to relax with a lot of trees and grenery around.
