Old building in need of some improvement

It seems there are still Government offices existing but it needs urgently a greater fix up to make it look nice again

This is where I go in January to pay my property tax. I live in Tepoztlan.

This isn't a tourist stop like the monastery or marketplace are. This is a local government office so tourists don't visit it...unless they're drunk and disorderly and get hauled in!
