Worthwhile Stop

The church is about a 15-minute drive from downtown Torshavn. We saw the ruins of the current church and the remains of the old one. Our visit became more relevant when we went to the Faroe Islands ...

Lovely hike to Kirkjubour.

Great hike from Torsvahn. Beautiful views despite cloud cover. We're happy to have trekking poles for somewhat steep drop into Kirkjubour.

Sólo quedan las ruinas, pero el edificio junto a las casas del pueblo, la iglesia y el paisaje, forman un decorado estupendo

Medioevo

Nunca habíamos pensado encontrarnos con una catedral Medieval , aunque nunca terminada. El lugar es unico, cerca del mar.
