Kids love this
Magical place. Sandy beach, climbing trees n park, plenty of birds. Great day out for young family. Bring a picnic. Enjoy.

Great for little imaginations
We've always loved to Gollum Tree. It's a cute little addition to the beautiful Scarborough foreshore. Great for little children.

A quick look as you walk past
Not much really. Worth a few seconds as you walk by a nice area with play areas bbqs and seating. Don’t go out of your way but if you are going past give it a look I guess

Unexpected, no great fanfare, kids love it!
I have no idea whose idea it was to add the door furniture to the natural knot in this tree but it is genius. Little people are so enchanted by it and adults can't help but smile at it's opportunistic...

I had walked up and down the beach a few times before I spotted it. Cute. The little mouse door at the bottom makes it more cute.
