Impressive walls in splendid condition.
These extensive defensive walls are in a fabulous state of repair and are well worth a stroll around, past the various stone entry gates to the town centre.

Love this town
Fascinating fortified town, with a labyrinth of streets. Well worth a visit. However, I believe it gets very busy at weekends and in the spring/summer/autumn. Get there early. We went in February.
