ゆるキャラではない銅像

国道5号沿いの公園入口に、スキーを履いたレルヒ中佐のブロンズ像が建っています。レルヒさんは新潟県のゆるキャラなので、倶知安に銅像があるのは驚きました。町内の旭ケ丘スキー場でもスキーの指導をしていたのですね。
