Good Park and Market
Vicuna Mackenna Park is a very pretty area to stroll and sit adjacent to the cruise ship dock. It has a great back-drop of the “Morro de Arica,” which is a prominent rock and fortress about 140 metres...

We were on a cruise, so when you get off the ship, this is the first thing you come to. Many vendors. Very clean and nice place to walk.
Central and clean Park
Great view of the El Torro summit from the park which is quite central to the wharf and we found it to be well kept and clean.
