It was a cute hotel with a nice concept. The rooms were clean but didn’t have as many amenities as normal. The neighbors next door were loud but hotel staff was kind enough to tell them to pipe down. Overall a pleasant stay

We loved everything about this hotel. The entire space is filled with art and the rooms are clean and gorgeous plus it's dog friendly. (There are several grounds nearby with grass to walk your pooch.) When visiting Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I highly enjoyed the room itself. Every time I stay I cannot stop raving about the structure of the rooms let alone the BATHROOMS? the walk in shower with a mirror and seat is seriously the most beautiful and relaxing “shower” I have ever seen in Arizona and i’ve been to lots of hotels here. Although they do not have a 24 hour service room service, the front desk of always kind and eager to help me with whatever I need. They answer my questions throughly and I am a guest who frequently needs early check in and they always try to accommodate me as best as they can. The pool is a bit small but definitely relaxing and the food in and around the hotel is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to!

My husband and I stay here every time we visit Phoenix. We absolutely love this hotel and the location, there's so many good restaurants within walking distance and great food at the hotel.

Was a beautiful and artsy hotel in downtown Phoenix. Customer service was really nice, with events and fun art pieces on the walls to look at. Beautiful rooms, clean and pleasant to stay in. Will definitely stay again in since we had such a great experience.

Great environment and location.

Really unique boutique hotel. Funky art, solid bar, cafe & food. Great place to stay when in Phoenix.

Front desk needs work

Staff was very rude and unprofessional, I was very disappointed as I have stayed here previously with no issues. My last stay was quite enjoyable, however, this time was a different story. Front desk female employee was so incredibly rude and ruined our trip right at check-in!

This property was just ok, Idk if I really felt safe here though. I’m not exactly sure why they charge a resort fee of $35? The check in desk wasn’t all that friendly and it seem like they should have a locked front entrance at night. The parking is a very small lot behind the hotel it is valet too. They have some artwork in there which was very nice, which is why I am wondering again why there is no security at night? This place is good for someone without a car since not much parking but it does have a metro train station right across the street which I’ve heard takes you to the airport. Good for a one night stay and I’d stay again. They do charge a $120 hold fee per night for incidentals but once I was checked out they charged me $35 for early check in, $35 resort fee and $15 for dining this was not deducted from my $120 however and it was in addition to my $120 $85=$205 at check out. Usually hotels deduct what you spend and refund you the difference not double charge you I don’t like that. The rooms also were not very private you can hear everyone conversation and the bathrooms are not private at all, seems like it would be cold in winter due to concrete floors and the bed wasn’t very comfy either.

AC was so loud, that sleeping was impossible, also lots of people who escaped hud with ghetto attitudes were in the hotel.

Negative front desk person.

Very unique property full of art displays. My room setup was really modern with a two-way sink, great shower, bed, etc. Bar was fun and had great custom cocktails, including my favorite, the Sweet Potato Old Fashion. Close to many other bars, shops and restaurants.
